We're not DC consultants: Our fully remote staff want to make change in their own backyards. We live across every continental time zone and bring a wealth of regional knowledge to our digital fundraising programs. Neil Goodman

Neil Goodman has raised millions for downballot Democrats through email, text, and direct-to-donate ads. Before founding the go-to digital fundraising firm for downballot Democrats, he worked as a campaign manager and communications director on multi-million-dollar Democratic campaigns. A South Florida native, Neil has lived in Arkansas, Texas, and New York before settling in Philadelphia. In his spare time, he’s usually obsessing over the Miami Heat, practicing his juggling skills, or searching for the perfect sunny spot.

Jacob Malinowski

Jacob Malinowski spent his career electing progressives to municipal and state legislative offices before Goodman Campaigns. He also played a key role in the fair maps movement in Wisconsin and across the country. A born-and-raised Wisconsinite, Jacob makes sure no one forgets it. He spends his time enjoying live music, traveling, and volunteering for both political and apolitical causes.

Madison DeLille

Madison DeLille is a Senior Digital Fundraising Specialist who uses email and text to help downballot progressives raise money. Based just outside of the Atlanta metro-area, Madison earned her B.S. in Political Science from Kennesaw State University and has a background in digital organizing and research. When she’s not busy fundraising, you can usually find her taking care of her dogs (Ricky Bobby and Baxter), knocking doors for local dems, or binging reality TV.

Lucas Robinson

Lucas Robinson is a senior digital fundraising specialist who has helped raise hundreds of thousands for downballot Democrats. Before joining Goodman Campaigns, he worked in field, finance, and opposition research, building a wide-ranging campaign background. He’s also a proud alumnus of Progressive Pipeline, a fellowship dedicated to increasing diversity in politics. Lucas earned his B.A. in Political Science from TCU and lives in Austin with his partner, Chase. A proud Texan, he spends his free time scouting out new coffee spots, taking care of his two cats and one dog, or hitting the gym.

Regina de la Parra

Regina de la Parra is a digital fundraising senior specialist who helps downballot progressive candidates raise money through email and text. She recently expanded her focus to engage Spanish-speaking audiences. Before joining Goodman Campaigns, Regina worked with nonprofits to assess their impact and conducted research on issues along the U.S.-Mexico border. She earned her B.A. in International and Global Studies and Environmental Science from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio in 2022. Based in El Paso, Regina spends her free time walking with friends and her dog, Maple, trying new workout classes, and visiting family in Ciudad Juárez.

John Colwell

John Colwell is a digital fundraising senior specialist focused on helping downballot progressives make a real impact in their communities. He earned his B.A. in Marketing and has long been passionate about political strategy and communications. A Bay Area native, he has volunteered with California-based organizations dedicated to voting rights and abortion access. In his free time, John can usually be found at the gym, cheering on the Giants and 49ers, or watching “films”.

Samantha Ruiz is a digital fundraising strategist who crafts creative and engaging emails and texts for downballot Democrats. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2022. After honing her research skills, she found her passion in connecting with candidates and creating authentic messaging for their audiences. A lifelong resident of Cicero, a suburb of Chicago, Samantha spends her free time reading Stephen King novels, watching cooking competition shows, and experimenting with fun makeup looks.

Elizabeth is the Fundraising Data & Operations Lead at Goodman Campaigns, where she supports downballot Democrats nationwide. She brings a wide range of campaign experience—from field organizing to campaign management—having worked with the Florida Democratic Party, a New York City mayoral campaign, and key suburban battleground races. Elizabeth earned her B.F.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Based in NYC, she spends her free time catching Broadway shows, traveling to new places, and hanging out with her cat, Solomon.

Anthony R. St. Joseph is a digital fundraising specialist dedicated to electing downballot progressives who fight for their communities. He earned his B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from American University, focusing on Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government. A lifelong political enthusiast, he knew early on that he wanted to work in politics. Based in Delaware County, PA, Anthony is a devoted Philly sports fan. When he’s not working, he’s likely keeping up with the latest games—or spending a summer evening at Citizens Bank Park.

Jules Hanisee is a digital fundraising specialist currently living in DC after earning her B.A. in Political science and French at Tulane University. While a student, she led civic engagement initiatives in the greater New Orleans community, including organizing voter registration drives and hosting political education events. When she is not working, she serves as a Crisis Counselor at a mental health hotline, and enjoys nature walks, finding new coffee shops, speaking French, and collaging.

Jazlyn Leonzo

Jazlyn Leonzo is a digital fundraising specialist dedicated to supporting Democratic candidates working to strengthen civic engagement and protect their communities. She holds a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Mount St. Mary’s University, where she developed a strong foundation in policy, ethics, and advocacy. Before joining Goodman Campaigns, Jazlyn was recognized for her work in voting rights and public policy, including registering over 2,000 voters through SMS outreach early in her advocacy career. Her experience spans local, state, and national work across government and nonprofit organizations, including service within the Maryland General Assembly. Outside of work, Jazlyn is committed to service and community involvement. She volunteers regularly, leads her own service initiative, and enjoys painting, spoken word poetry, pageantry, and reading.

Katie Mao

Katie Mao is a senior at Tufts University studying International Relations, with a focus on globalization and U.S.–China relations. She is deeply interested in public policy, political strategy, and nonprofit work because of their power to translate ideas into action and shape more equitable outcomes at the community and global levels. Based in Boston, Katie spends her free time birding at local wildlife sanctuaries, drawing, and watching soccer games.

Max Hsu is a fellow who's excited to join the team. He grew up in South Florida, but is now based in Baltimore, Maryland where he is currently a senior studying creative writing and political science at Johns Hopkins University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing/listening to music, working on theatre productions around campus, and watching the F1 race every Sunday morning.

Ricardo Aquino-Gonzalez is a digital fundraising fellow who helps downballot Democrats get elected through creative emails and texts. He is currently a senior at the University of Michigan pursuing a B.A. in Political Science. Ricardo loves translating complex political and policy issues into messaging that helps people better understand how government impacts their everyday lives. He is especially passionate in expanding political engagement among communities facing language, cultural, and informational barriers. His work and leadership are guided by his three C’s: Community, Commitment, and Charisma. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Ricardo enjoys film, iced coffee year-round, and tanning anytime the weather allows.
